chocolate cream cheese swirl brownie bread
"i was on a mission. i wanted to make chocolate brownies with a cream cheese filling. i bought my cream cheese and had it out getting room temperature. my girlfriend heather, was coming over for breakfast and i was looking forward to it. as we were eating, i casually mentioned my idea with the brownies. heather and my hubby started rattling off other ideas, as if my idea was whack. 'oh, you should try this!' 'wow, what about if you tried that!' then heather said something that stopped me in my tracks. she said, how about chocolate cream cheese swirl bread? i said, 'that's it!' truth is, if they wouldn't have came up with something good, i would have had their tails for shooting down my spectacular idea. lol. i made this bread and all i can say is, thank you heather! these are perfect to pack up in gorgeous bags and hand out to your love ones as christmas gifts. or...just keep to yourself. :)..."
