8-12 oz Cream Cheese

Chocolate Chips (we used dark chocolate)

1 cup White Sugar
•
2 tsp Cinnamon
•
1/2 cup Butter
•
1 cup Brown Sugar
•
1/2 cup Walnuts (optional)
