3/4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 tablespoons dark molasses and/or honey (I use 1 tablespoon molasses and 2 tablespoons honey)

2 tablespoons milk (whole or low-fat)
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/4 to 1/2 pound dark or milk chocolate (amount depends on whether you want to drizzle with chocolate or more generously coat)
