INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Cookies:
1 box devil’s food cake mix (I always prefer Pillsbury mixes)
2 eggs
½ C. butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Coconut Cream Filling:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
¼ C. butter, softened
1 ½ tsp. coconut extract
3-4 C. powdered sugar
Shredded coconut for decoration
