2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup (about 4 large) egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute
3/4 tsp. coconut extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/4 cup roughly chopped unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tbsp. mini semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 oz. (about 2 tbsp.) sliced almonds
