½ cup unsalted butter, softened

⅔ cup buttermilk
•
⅔ cup Coca Cola beverage
•
1 egg, plus 2 egg yolks (save whites for frosting)
•
Frosting:
•
1 cup, plus 2 tablespoons sugar
•
¼ cup, plus 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
•
3 egg whites
•
¼ teaspoon salt
•
3 tablespoons Coca Cola
