CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN COOKIES

October is full of pumpkins, spooks, trick or treating and even The Peanuts Gang with Charlie Brown. Today is the first day of October and National Homemade Cookie Day. We love cookies at my house and pumpkin is one of my favorite things in the fall

1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

1 cup sugar
•
1/2 cup oil
•
1 egg
•
2 cups all-purpose flour
•
2 teaspoons baking powder
•
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
•
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•
1 teaspoon milk
•
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
•
1/2 cup chocolate chips
•
1/2 cup walnuts pieces
