Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour, I used freshly ground hard white wheat *; 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour; 2 teaspoons baking soda; 1 1/2 cups butter, softened; 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed; 1/2 cup white sugar; 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding; 4 eggs, room temp; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips; * Feel free to substitute AP flour for the whole wheat flour amount if you would like.
