1/2 tsp. sea salt

8 tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 c. packed light brown sugar
•
2 large eggs

1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips (add or subtract up to 1/2 cup depending on how chocolatey you like your cookies!)
