"Classic cannolis get a cookie dough'd twist...."

About 10 pre-made cannoli shells (I use and love Ferrara brand)

3/4 cup butter, softened
•
3/4 cup brown sugar
•
1/4 cup white sugar
•
2 tsp vanilla extract
•
2 Tbsp milk
•
1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
•
About 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
•
Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
