1 Tbsp vanilla bean paste*

For the cookie dough/cookies:

2 sticks butter, softened
•
3/4 cup brown sugar
•
3/4 cup sugar
•
4 T milk
•
1 T vanilla extract
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
•
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
•
For cookie dough frosting:
•
3 sticks butter, softened
•
3/4 cup brown sugar
•
4- 4.5 cups powdered sugar
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
2-3 T milk, if needed
•
Additional 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
