3/4 cup BROWN SUGAR

3/4 cup SUGAR

3 Tablespoons MILK
•
1 1/2 teaspoons VANILLA
•
1 1/2 cups FLOUR
•
1 1/2 cups MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
