For the brownie bottom:

1 cup margarine (2 sticks)

1/3 cup cocoa

4 eggs

1 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

For the cookie dough:
•
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter almost melted
•
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
•
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
2 tablespoons of milk
•
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
1 cup all-purpose flour
•
1 cup of chocolate chips
•
additional chocolate chips to put on top (if desired)
•
