Ingredients: Cookie Crust Ingredients:; (Original recipe used a package of chocolate chip mix, I used my recipe for the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies); 1 cup brown sugar; 1 cup sugar; 1/2 cup butter; 1/2 cup oil; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. vanilla; 3 cups flour; milk chocolate chips; Cheesecake:; 1 – (8 oz.) packages of regular Cream Cheese, room temperature (I softened mine in microwave and mixed in the sugar and egg so it poured easily over crust); 1 – egg; 1/4 – cup granulated sugar; 1/2 – tsp. vanilla extract
