1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
1 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (coated in 1 tbsp all-purpose flour)
1 cup Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
4 cup Sifted Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
