INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, coarsely chopped
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1-1/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon fine cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
3 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
1/4 cup milk
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1-1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract plus 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
