•
8 T. unsalted butter, at room temperature
•
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
•
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
•
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
•
2-1/4 c. powdered sugar
•
Chocolate Frosting:
•
1/4 c. milk
•
1/2 c. sugar
•
3 T. unsalted butter
•
1 c. good quality semisweet chocolate chips
