3 tablespoons all purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar
•
A pinch of salt
•
1 egg
•
1 tablespoon butter
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
•
Mocha Butter Frosting
•
3 tablespoons soft butter
•
1 square of unsweetened chocolate melted OR 3 tablespoons cocoa
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
•
A few grains of salt
•
2 cups sifted icing sugar
•
2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons warm coffee
•
