8.25 oz boiling water

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 oz vegetable oil

10 oz cake flour
•
10.5 oz granulated sugar

1 Tablespoon baking powder
•
3/4 teaspoon salt

8 oz room temperature unsalted butter if you use salted butter, omit the salt from above
