Begin by making the dressing.

1 cup drained non fat or low fat yogurt

1 clove garlic, very well minced
•
1 tbsp basil, very finely chopped
•
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
•
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
•
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
•
2 tsp dijon mustard
•
1/2 tbsp honey
•
1/4 tsp kosher salt
•
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
•
1/4 tsp chipotle powder (more or less to taste)
•
2 tbsp buttermilk (or nonfat milk)
•
1 to 1 1/2 cups dry whole wheat orzo (or other small whole wheat pasta)

1/2 cup sliced radishes
•
2 small tomatoes, diced
•
1 small red onion, finely chopped
•
1 yellow, orange or red pepper, diced small
•
2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs ( chives, basil, thyme and oregano all work well or a combination of any)
