2 cups masa harina (corn flour)
1 1/3 cups water
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons grape seed oil (or any neutral flavoured oil)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon lime juice
1 small garlic clove, grated on a Microplane or very finely minced
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 chayote squash, julienned into 2-3 inch strips
1 crisp apple, diced
1/2 cup finely shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup finely sliced red onion
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
