6 - 7 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 lb. flank steak, sliced thinly across the grain
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 - 4 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
1/3 cup water
sliced green onions (for garnish)
sesame seeds (for garnish)
