2 teaspoons cornflour

1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons Chinese rice wine

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon chicken stock powder

4 tablespoons water
