INGREDIENTS

1/2 c. chicken broth

1 T. minced ginger
•
3 T. soy sauce
•
3 T. peanut butter
•
1 1/2 T. honey
•
1 T. chili paste (if you like spicy, feel free to add more. my kiddos can't handle more than 1 T.)
•
3 cloves garlic
•
1 T. fresh cilantro
•
8 oz. Chinese noodles (or you can use spaghetti noodles like I usually do)
•
1/4 c. green onions (chopped)
•
1/4 c. peanuts
•
2 chicken breasts (cooked and cut up)
