Chinese Orange Chicken

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup + 2 Tbsp cornstarch, divided
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup oil (for frying)
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced thinly
1 1/2 cup chicken broth + 4 Tbsp Orange Juice Concentrate OR 1 cup chicken broth + 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp orange zest (I did not add)
1 tsp Sriracha, or more, to taste
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tsp salt
