Chinese Chicken Salad

"We just got home from spending a week in Idaho and Utah with my family. My entire family got together in Driggs, Idaho where my grandfather was raised and his father settled the town. INGREDIENTS
8 cups Green and Red Cabbage (sliced thin and chopped)
6 cups Shredded Cooked Chicken (rotisserie)
1 Red Pepper (diced)
6 Green Onions (sliced)
2/3 cup Slivered or Sliced Almonds (optional)
5-6 ounce Rice Noodles (Soba Noodles, Udon Noodles, or Spaghetti Noodles, cooked according to package instructions)
3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Honey
3/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
1 Lime (juiced (optional))
