3 T. grated fresh ginger
3 T. sugar
1 T. Asian chili-garlic sauce
3 T. vegetable oil
2 T. toasted sesame oil
4 (6 to 8 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 romaine lettuce hearts (12 oz.) sliced thin
1/2 small head napa cabbage, cored and sliced thin (6 C.)
2 red bell pepper, cut into 2" long matchsticks
1 C. fresh cilantro leaves
1 C. salted dry-roasted peanuts
6 scallions, sliced thin
