Ingredients: 1 cup fresh parsley, firmly packed; 1 cup cilantro, firmly packed; 6 cloves of minced garlic; 2 tablespoons chopped onion; 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil; 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar; 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes or more to taste; Kosher salt to taste
