INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp corn flour or corn starch .
3 tbsp all purpose flour or maida .
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder or lal mirch powder.
1 tsp black pepper powder or kali mirch powder.
200 to 250 gm paneer or indian cottage cheese.
1/6th tsp salt adjust as per requirement.
1 to 2 tbsp water.
5 to 6 tbsp oil adjust as per need.
3 to 4 tbsp red chilli sauce.adjust as per need.
1 tbsp soya sauce.
1 tbsp vinegar.
1 medium size onion layer separated .
1 medium size capsicum or simla mirch square cut .
2-3 green chillies or hari mirch sliced vertically.
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger-garlic paste.
salt to taste.
½ to 1 tsp sugar.adjust as per need
1 to 1 ½ cup water as per need.
3 tbsp spring onions.
