3 to 4 tbsp water

300 gm chicken boneless or bone -in

100 to 120 ml oil deep fry or shallow fry

2 to 3 kitchen tissue drain off excess oil

4 to 5 tbsp oil

1 tbsp ginger-garlic chopped

1 medium to large onion layer separated

2 to 3 green chili vertically sliced or chopped

1 medium capsicum or bell pepper cubed cut

1 to 2 tbsp red chili sauce
