3 cloves garlic,
1 jalapeno,
2 tbsp tomato paste,
3 tbsp chili powder,
1 tbsp ground cumin,
1 can-28oz whole tomatoes in juice,
2 cans red kidney beans.
Polenta Crust:
2 cups low fat (1%) milk,
1.5 cups cornmeal,
Salt,
4.5 cups boiling water
