Chili Mac

"An easy delectable one pot Chili Mac made with ground beef, elbow macaroni, crushed tomatoes, and a perfect blend of spices all covered with oodles of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese...."

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ lbs. Chili ground chuck (see notes)
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
2 ⅕ cups beef broth
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
½-¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
