1 tsp EACH salt, cumin, ancho chili pwdr, onion pwdr

1/2 tsp EACH smoked paprika, dried parsley, dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Chili Dijon Sauce
•
1/2 cup Asian sweet red chili sauce (like Mae Ploy)
•
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
•
2 tablespoons brown sugar
•
1 teaspoon reserved Chili Rub (in directions)
