15 oz. black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup stoneground yellow cornmeal
½ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
4 tablespoons honey
1 egg
½ cup milk
