Fresh oregano or parsley leaves (chopped)
2 ounces feta cheese
½ shallot (minced)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Juice from ½ lemon
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
¼ cup olive oil
