CHICKPEA SALAD

INGREDIENTS
3 cans 15.5 oz each chickpeas or garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
1 English cucumber halved and sliced
1 red onion thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 avocados sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
1/2 cup green onions
Dressing:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp sea salt or to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
