INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken breast halves (Cooked & diced)
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbls Olive oil
2 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Oregano
1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 10.5 oz can condensed chicken broth
1 1/4 cup Water
1 cup Yellow Hominy
1 15 oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 4oz can of jalapeno peppers (diced)
1 cup Corn kernels
1/2 cup Picante sauce
Fresh cilantro
Tortilla chip crushed or strips
Shredded Mexican cheese
Sour cream
