1 onion (finely diced)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp gram masala
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 cups canned tomatoes (drained (approx 2 oz cans))
1 tbsp honey (or other sweetener*)
400 ml can coconut milk
freshly chopped cilantro (optional)
