Chicken Tetrazzini-The Kitchen Magpie

"I upped the spinach and the cheese on top, nixed the breadcrumbs because my kids don't like the texture and it turned out to be a super cheesy, vegetable filled Chicken Tetrazzini casserole...."

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp butter
8 oz mushrooms, sliced thinly
1/2 cup chicken broth
one 568 ml can cream of mushroom soup
one 568 ml can cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup sour cream
3 cups shredded roasted chicken breast
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
12 oz hot cooked spaghetti (cook to al dente)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
