1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
6 cups assorted greens
2 ripe medium tomatoes (or 1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes)
1 1/2 cups sliced cucumber
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
5 garlic cloves
3/4 teaspoons kosher salt (plus more to taste)
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 scallions (sliced)
1/2 medium red onion (thinly sliced into rounds)
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dried oregano
