8 oz gluten free spaghetti (sub cassava spaghetti for grain free)

¼ cup reserved pasta water

1 lb chicken breast, cubed

1 tbsp arrowroot starch

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp ghee, divided ( sub about 3 tbsp of olive oil for dairy free)

3 cloves garlic, minced
•
1 shallot, sliced thin
•
½ cup dry white wine (see notes for AIP)

¼ cup chicken broth
•
2 tbsp lemon juice
•
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
