1 teaspoons red curry paste (OR additional 1T yellow curry power)
2 tablespoons honey
reserved coconut milk from the can
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (or 1-2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes)
2 tablespoons fish sauce (or 1T extra soy sauce)
juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon honey
