1 small jalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded, and minced

1⁄3 cup minced yellow onion

1⁄3 cup small-diced celery
•
¼ cup small-diced carrot
•
½ cup diced fresh mango (optional)
•
1 cup Major Grey’s mango chutney
•
¾ cup mayonnaise (preferably Duke’s)
•
2 Tbsp. Creole or other grainy mustard
•
2 Tbsp. sour cream (optional)
•
¼ cup chopped fresh mint
•
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
