3 Tablespoons olive oil (separated)
4 Tablespoons cold butter (separated)
4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
2 Tablespoons Capers (drained)
½ cup dry white wine (such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
1 cup chicken broth
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley (plus more to garnish)
