2 teaspoons lime juice
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced into 1/2-in. strips
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 large eggs, beaten
1 small onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped, divided
3 green onions, chopped, divided
2 cups bean sprouts, divided
12 lime wedges, for serving
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes, optional
