INGREDIENTS

2 litres of chicken stock (I like to use homemade stock from my recipe here).
•
3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized chunks
•
3 carrots, sliced
•
2 celery stalks, sliced
•
1 onion, chopped
•
1 tsp dried thyme
•
salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
•
1 1/2 cups cooked pasta (I used brown rice noodles) See notes.
