Ingredients: 1 medium carrot, (peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces); 1 cup yellow onion, (roughly chopped); 4 cloves garlic; 1 1/2 cups fine breadcrumbs; 2 large eggs, (beaten); 1 cup milk; 1/4 cup ketchup; 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; 1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese; 1 teaspoon dried thyme; 1 teaspoon paprika; 1 1/4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning; 1/2 teaspoon black pepper; 2 pounds ground chicken; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1/4 cup brown sugar, (firmly packed); 1 teaspoon dried mustard; 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger; 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
