1 pound elbow or cavatappi pasta
¾ cup pecans (coarsely chopped)

1½ cups red seedless grapes (halved (35))
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
