8 butter lettuce leaves (or romaine or iceberg)
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon sriracha (can sub hot sauce)
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup honey roasted peanuts
3 green onions (sliced)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
