1 Tablespoon chili sauce
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 green onion (sliced (tops and bottoms))
¼ cup water chestnuts (chopped)
¼ cup cashews (chopped)
1 head butter lettuce
Optional garnishes: sliced green onions (sesame seeds, sesame oil)
